Rusty Johnson has been BBQ’ing competitively for six years and has represented Canada on the International Stage of BBQ multiple times. Rusty has traveled all over North America honing his craft and has perfected the ultimate BBQ flavours. Rusty currently resides in Port Moody with his wife and two small children. Rusty can be seen from time to time on Global TV and currentlRusty2y has two commercials running for Save on Foods.

Accompaniment: Pit-style pork & beans cooked below the ribs plus creamy coleslaw and 1/2 corn on the cob

Sockeye Salmon (WILD | LOCAL | FAIR TRADE ): $15
